Welcome to all new and returning members of the Point Lonsdale Board Riders!

With our first two events already in the books, it’s clear we’re set for an incredible season ahead. We’d like to take a moment to extend a heartfelt thank you to the outgoing 2024 committee and President, Max Lazarus. Your leadership has positioned the club in an outstanding place, leaving us with a solid foundation to continue supporting our vibrant local surfing community.

The Greg Davidson Memorial showcased some phenomenal performances across the board, culminating in an action-packed finals day at The Reefs. A huge congratulations to Kai Keenan and Minnie Vorrath for taking out the Open Division titles – truly well-deserved!

We’d also like to extend our deepest gratitude to all of our generous sponsors and supporters, whose contributions played a vital role in the success of both the Greg Davidson Memorial and the 2024 Aggregate event. A special thank you to Phipps Surfboards, Eleven, Front Beach Surf Hire, Ghanda, FCS, Sea Gem Galleries, Geelong Skate Shop, Kip & Co, All Signs, S2 Adventure, Otis, Creatures of Leisure, Noble Rot, Studio All, Port Phillip Sea Pilots, and Lon Retreat. Your ongoing support is key to the success of these events, and we couldn’t do it without you!

Here’s to an epic season ahead!

It has taken us a while to collect our heads and let the dust settle after such an epic Lighthouse party in 2025. It was our biggest party to date but it felt like the smoothest to run. A huge thank you to all who volunteered and contributed towards the day. It really takes a village to make these parties happen and we are blessed with a community of caring and contributing folk.

Punters can tell when an event is there to just make money. The events industry has been feeling the pinch the last few years with slow ticket sales and poor attendance, but the passion shown by everyone involved really speaks to our audience and as a result we have just grown stronger and stronger over the years.


It’s been another year of giving the security guards the easiest night of work they will have all year, giving FeedMe a great boost of funding to the amazing initiatives they deliver and ultimately strengthening our clubs financial position, all while giving Point Lonsdale a party to remember.


Thanks to you all, we raised over $20,000 for the club and had over 800 people through the door across the day/night. Thank you once again, we can’t wait for the next one!
